Be sure to arrive at our place each morning giving yourself plenty of time to gather your keys, supplies, have a small chat/coffee, maybe a bathroom break, etc.. so you can get to your first walk on time.
Dog Pictures (check all boxes)
As a general rule, you should be taking at least one picture of each dog you walk throughout the week. It can be with another dog (always good to show buddies) so we can send to clients and include on facebook/instagram. You are our eyes, so if you don't send us pictures... we can't do any of that. Clients really appreciate our random texts with pictures. Try not to take pictures you feel to be unsafe, do not take any that show any of client belongings or their home (inside and out). You may crop before sending, or take a bunch and just choose the best.

New Clients/Apartments (check all boxes)
We do not leave new client report cards the first week or two. While we are gaining trust and getting a rapport with them, it is important to always send texts to us after each walk, including a picture or two, how the dog did and if they peed/pooped. Let us know if you notice any behavioral issues or any apartment issues etc.
We will start leaving the report card sometime during the second week.
Do NOT leave items in client apartments.
Be sure to leave apartments as they were when you arrived.
Walk/Snack/Feed Comments (check box)
Read all notes on your emailed schedule so it is clear what you may or may not need to do for each walk. They may not be the same all the time. Then check on BetterWalker before leaving/completing each walk.
Report Cards (check both boxes)
Clients rely on this so when they get home they know if they need to rush out or not for their dog to do their business.
If a dog does not pee/poop, it is important to text us immediately so we can text the client. This may prompt them to come home earlier than they would have, had they thought that their dog went as they normally do on their midday walk(s).
Walk Times (check box)
The times on the schedule are not suggestions. For the most part, they are done within client requests. Some are specific times, some done within a requested agreed upon "window". If you feel you are doing things ahead or behind schedule, please confirm with us. Clients trust that we are doing as originally agreed, and we want to keep it that way.

If you refer a new client to Little Dipper who signs up for on-call walks, you will receive a one-time $25.00 bonus the week of their first walk(s).
If you refer a new client to Little Dipper who adds walks on a weekly basis, you will receive a one-time $50.00 bonus the week they begin.
